My Strategy for the Aviator Game Based on the Martingale System

A winning strategy based on the Martingale strategy

I used the classic betting strategy Martingale to form my own approach. After extensive testing, I realized that the original tactic had glaring flaws. I wanted to build my strategy to remove these issues. I would like to share my Martingale Aviator strategy and tips updated after its practical testing.

Why does the Martingale strategy rarely work?

Martingale is one of those Aviator game strategies that seem perfect on paper. As someone with technical education, I can tell you it has the mathematical formula for nearly guaranteed profits – in theory.

In practice, this beautiful model shatters against the reality of players’ limited budgets. Martingale’s theory works for an unlimited bankroll. It expects us players to be able to keep on raising the bet twofold. The eventual win will cover all losses – but only if you have the funds (and the nerve) to reach it. A long losing streak can make you go bankrupt before you attain the coveted win. 

Martingale Strategy Analysis

The Martingale method wasn’t newly invented as an Aviator strategy. It’s one of the classic betting systems that every experienced gambler has heard of. It was created and rose to popularity in France in the 18^th century.

At the core of Martingale, I found a steep negative progression. That is, my bet will quickly increase in case of a loss. Let’s analyze how it happens in practice.

Let’s say, I start with the lowest possible wager: 10 rupees. In case of a series of losses, my bets will rise as follows: 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 320, 640, 1280… This example demonstrates how, in case of only 7 consecutive losses, I would need to bet 128 times my original wager to break even!

I made several conclusions based on this analysis.

1. Long sessions make the best use of Aviator game strategies that progress negatively.
2. The bigger my starting bankroll, the better my chances of success.
3. If I can’t afford a huge bankroll, I should make up for it with tinier wagers.
4. I shouldn’t go for high-risk multipliers where losing streaks are likely.

Aviator Demo Game and Strategy Experience

Both online casinos and Spribe’s official website put forward the Aviator demo. It fully replicates the real money game, including the RNG algorithm Aviator mechanics. It served as a perfect testing ground for the Martingale method. I could try it out without risking my own money.

Let me remind everyone that the demo gives you 3,000 imaginary “USD” for testing purposes. The minimum bet is 0.10, but I decided to start with 1.00 in this test.

1. Low risk: 1.2x-1.5x multiplier. Here, the Martingale Aviator strategy didn’t work because I faced a series of wins and only occasional, mostly singular losses.
2. Medium risk: 1.8x-2.5x multiplier. My experience included frequent streaks of 5 or 6 losses. To make up for each of them, I had to bet 32 or 64 credits. My starting balance of 3,000 credits allowed me to do it. But this testing stage is when I had a huge realization. My bankroll was only good enough to cover up to 10 losses. 11 losses in a row – and I’m guaranteed to go bankrupt!
3. High risk: around 5.0x multiplier. I knew that the losing streaks were likely here. Some were shorter – 3-6 losses. But the longest streak I faced here was 17 consecutive losses. I would need to bet 131,072 credits to recover from it!

As you can see, the original Martingale is pointless at low risks and questionable at medium risks. Lastly, it’s terribly ill-suited for high-risk wagering.
